Managing Director/Founder/CEO/Program Designer/Framework Creator & The Inventor of the Wi-Five moment
Kade is the creator of the AZMADT+ CARE Framework, which has transformed how AZMADTCARE provides disability support services. This framework focuses on putting the needs of the individual first and creating personalised care plans to match their unique goals and aspirations.
The AZMADT+ CARE Framework guides everything AZMADTCARE does, from personal care and community support to programs like the DAMSZ Program and the Unleash True Potential Program. It also adapts to meet changing needs, ensuring the best possible care is always provided.
Kade’s vision and leadership have made this framework a key part of AZMADTCARE’s success. Inspired by his experiences growing up with foster siblings on the spectrum and a mother needing intensive care, Kade is committed to not just supporting people but helping them live better lives.
Jonathon Targett
Director/Respite Leader/Little Adventures Team leader
Jonathon Targett has over 20 years of experience as a teacher and a deep love for adventure and nature. He enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors, which reflects his passion for living life to the fullest.
As a leader of the Respite and Little Adventures Program at AZMADT Care, Jonathon’s strong faith and values guide his work, helping him handle challenges calmly and respectfully.
As a father to four boys, Jonathon is dedicated to helping young men grow into strong, kind, and confident individuals. His ability to connect with people and adapt to different situations makes him a trusted and inspiring leader. Jonathon’s mix of experience, compassion, and love for adventure brings a special energy to the AZMADT Care team, leaving a positive impact on everyone he works with.
